Your User ID is the same one you use to log in to your MTC Online account, and your initial password is your birth date, in the mmddyy format.

- Your MTC Online User ID is your first name followed by your middle initial and your last name as stored in our system. For example, if you are John J. Doe, your User ID would be johnjdoe (in lower case with no spaces). To find your User ID, click here.
- Your initial password is your date of birth in mmddyy format. For example, if your birthdate is January 25, 1990, your password would be 012590. If you have changed your password in Desire 2 Learn/Online Learning site, use that password instead of your date of birth. To reset your password, click here.
